Passenger overboard - Poseidon to the Rescue

Collage is about colour, texture and the symbolism of everyday objects I find in printed media.
I have used newspaper from 1929 and modern magazine cuttings to create this work of whimsy.
A fanciful idea that Poseidon rides to the recuse of the demure damsel who is elegantly floating in a sun lounger.
