So the story behind this is.... I am inspired by travel, by mountains and big open expanses of nature. I love contrast and I love working on a large scale to capture the immensity of Nature. 
 
Despite the morbid name, Death Valley is teeming with life and colour. The change in light during the day is an artists dream.Textured oil paint in tonal pinks, blush, magenta, purple, blues and naples yellow,.Painted with a palette knife and fingers.
