This is part of the Pop! series, where I have worked with native flora and bright sumptious summery hues to create pops of colourful abstract paintings.
The predominant colours are lemon yellow, aqua, Prussian blue and shades of a geen where the colours have mixed. The banksia pods are highlighted with silver leaf and charcoal and dark blue oil pastels have been worked through for depth.
