This elegant floral artwork features large wild flowers and wild grass in smoky shades of olive, moss green, khaki green, sage green, greys and charcoal black.
Sage Green Wildflowers is part of a series of green wildflower paintings where there are similar artworks in different sizes.
By using acrylics in a watercolour technique there is a softness to the layers of sage green, forest green and brighter moss greens creating detail and depth. I have used a warm sandy beige and charcoal accents on a warm white background.
