Sunlight sparks off the wild grass, as it gently moves in the breeze. The sun dips lower in the sky, casting deep shadows and highlights on the steep sand dune.
This artwork is part of the Dune series traces areas of the coast.
This particular artwork is dynamic in composition which is amplified by the limited palette of off white, light blue, light brown, beige, black and gold leaf.
The gold leaf shimmers and glows in the light, it can change depending on the angle and light source. the artwork is painted in acrylic and ink with highlights of charcoal and gold leaf.
