This landscape features the banksia tree clustered around the base of a hill - in smokey shades of charcoal black, beige and gold - the metallic gold changes in the light.By using acrylics in a watercolour technique there is a softness to the layers of colours creating detail and depth. It is part of the Banksia Series and there are many artworks in this series.
